The project is jointly funded by the European Union and ECOWAS and is implemented by a Consortium of Partners: The International Organization for Migration (IOM), the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD), and the International Labour Organization (ILO).

IOM

IOM supports migrants across the world, developing effective responses to the shifting dynamics of migration and, as such, is a key source of advice on migration policy and practice. The organization works in emergency situations, developing the resilience of all people on the move, and particularly those in situations of vulnerability, as well as building capacity within governments to manage all forms and impacts of mobility.

ILO

The only tripartite U.N. agency, since 1919 the ILO brings together governments, employers and workers of 187 member States , to set labour standards, develop policies and devise programmes promoting decent work for all women and men.

ICMPD

The International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) is an international organisation with 18 Member States and 382 staff members. Active in more than 90 countries worldwide, it takes a regional approach in its work to create efficient cooperation and partnerships along migration routes

ECOWAS

Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS). Established on May 28 1975 via the treaty of Lagos, ECOWAS is a 15-member regional group with a mandate of promoting economic integration in all fields of activity of the constituting countries.
